This Privacy Policy explains how RolRunr, LLC (“RolRunr,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal information when you access or use the RolRunr website, mobile application, platform, and related services as a customer.

By using the RolRunr platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected from customers who use RolRunr’s website, mobile application, platform, customer support channels, communications, and related services.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected from Runrs except as specifically stated in a separate Runr Privacy Policy or as otherwise required by law.

When you create an account, request services, contact support, or otherwise use the platform, we may collect information you provide directly, including:

We may collect location information for job assignment, dispatching, customer support, fraud prevention, service coordination, safety, and operational purposes.

When the app is active and location permissions are enabled, location-related data may be collected for platform functionality, service coordination, and job assignment purposes.

RolRunr does not sell customer personal information.

6.1 With Runrs

We may share information with Runrs as needed to fulfill your requested service, such as:

6.2 With Service Providers

RolRunr’s platform is not intended for use by persons under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 18 for customer accounts.

If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child in a manner not permitted by law, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

The platform may interact with or contain links to third-party websites, services, payment processors, maps, tools, or applications. RolRunr is not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or security of third-party services.

Your use of third-party services may be governed by those third parties’ own terms and privacy policies.

RolRunr may send you transactional, operational, service-related, legal, support, and account communications by email, phone, text message, push notification, or in-app message, subject to applicable law.

These communications may include:

• job updates;

• billing alerts;

• support messages;

• dispute communications;

• safety notices;

• policy changes; and

• legal notifications.

RolRunr does not sell customer personal information.

RolRunr also does not intentionally share customer personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, except as may be disclosed in a future policy update if our practices change and applicable law requires additional notice or opt-out rights.

RolRunr may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we may post the updated version through the website, app, or other electronic means and revise the Effective Date above.

Your continued use of the platform after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective constitutes your acknowledgment of the revised policy to the extent permitted by law.
